The company

Hello Justice, in Lyon.

Hello Justice is the first French company dedicated to funding mid‑market litigation, from a stake of €100,000 upwards. It pays the lawyer’s fees set out in the agreement and is paid out of the sums recovered, in the event of success only.

The company carries more than 500 live cases, engaged since 2024. A significant share belongs to the Swiss franc loan programme. These are individual cases over mortgage loans taken out between 2002 and 2015, handled as a series on a platform built in house.

The three founding partners work with specialised partner lawyers, who conduct the proceedings. The team is distributed and operates remotely. The openings below support the growth of the portfolio.

Working at Hello Justice.

  • A company that builds its own tools.

    The back office, the client spaces and the loss simulator are built in house, and a useful automation goes live without a long approval cycle.

  • Working remotely.

    The roles are fully remote, from anywhere in France. Exchanges happen over video and in the case messaging, and follow‑up runs through the same tools as the back office. No on‑site presence is required.

  • A growing portfolio.

    The portfolio is growing and each role’s responsibilities grow with it.

  • A market to structure.

    Litigation funding has been regulated in France since article 16 of the Act of 30 April 2025 and the decree of 10 December 2025. The profession is building its methods, and you take part in that work.

  • A small team.

    You work directly with management, with no layer in between, and what you produce is used the same day.

Recruitment

The recruitment process.

  1. 01You send your application from the form on the posting, with your CV attached.
  2. 02We read every application and reply to you promptly, whether the answer is yes or no.
  3. 03A first interview with the company’s president, by video call, covering your background and the role.
  4. 04A short exercise on an anonymised case file, so we can see how you work and discuss it together.
  5. 05An interview with the partners, then the offer and, for an apprenticeship or an internship, the paperwork with your school.
