Hello Justice funds your clients’ cases from €100,000 at stake, against a solvent opposing party. Your fees are paid under a signed tripartite fee agreement. You alone keep control of the proceedings.
What the agreement sets out.
Your client, you and Hello Justice sign it before any commitment.
Your fees and their schedule.
They are set in the agreement: fixed fee, instalments, success fee where applicable. Hello Justice pays them on the agreed dates, and your client does not advance them.
Hello Justice’s commission.
14 to 30% incl. VAT of the sums your client recovers, only in the event of success. It is never taken from your fees.
Your independence and professional secrecy.
You alone run the proceedings: strategy, submissions, hearings and negotiation. Hello Justice has no mandate to represent your client and no power to give you instructions. Professional secrecy remains intact.

A specialised partner lawyer reviews its eligibility.
They examine the characteristics of the dispute, limitation, whether the documents are complete and the reasonable chances of success. Not every case is accepted.Step 3
Flat fee
We analyse the case.
We look at the amount at stake, the opponent’s ability to pay, and the length and cost of the proceedings. The analysis leads to a written report and a funding opinion, favourable or not.Step 4
Agreement
The tripartite fee agreement is signed.
Your client, you and Hello Justice sign it. It sets your fees, their schedule and our commission.Step 5
You run the proceedings.
Hello Justice pays your fees on the agreed dates. Proceedings usually last two to four years, sometimes longer.

Specialised partner lawyers review the eligibility of cases in their field. We may also suggest them to people who do not have a lawyer. No volume of cases is guaranteed.
Who can join the network.
- Genuine practice in at least one area of the litigation we fund.
- Admission to a French bar and up‑to‑date professional liability insurance.
- Compliance with the profession’s ethical rules.
What happens next.
The team reads your application and offers you a video call. A partnership agreement, with no exclusivity, then sets out the framework of the collaboration with the lawyers retained.

Frequently asked questions.
Yes. The signed tripartite fee agreement preserves your independence, professional secrecy, the client’s free choice of lawyer and your duty to advise. Article 16 of the Act of 30 April 2025 gave litigation funding its first statutory recognition in France.
You alone. Strategy, submissions, hearings and negotiation stay in your hands, and the agreement says so. Hello Justice has no mandate to represent your client and no power to give you instructions.

Outside the Swiss‑franc loan programme, the case analysis is charged €1,500 excl. VAT (€1,800 incl. VAT). It leads to a written report and a funding opinion, favourable or not, and is due whatever that opinion. Filing the case is free.
No. Any lawyer can file a client’s case, and the client keeps the lawyer of their choice. The network brings together specialised partner lawyers: they review the eligibility of cases in their field, and we may suggest them to people who do not have a lawyer.
