The outcome of a case depends neither on rates, nor cycles, nor markets: litigation funding is an uncorrelated asset class. Hello Justice Capital 1 is offered by way of private placement within the meaning of article L. 411-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, to a restricted circle of qualified investors, with subscriptions from EUR 100,000. Investing carries a risk of capital loss.
The asset class
The global litigation funding market grew from around $11bn in 2018 to $19bn in 2024, and is projected at $51-65bn by 2035. In Europe, the legal market generates EUR 125bn in annual revenue, of which litigation funding captures only 0.8%.
The vehicle
Hello Justice Capital 1 is a variable-capital civil company, RCS Créteil 989 268 917, managed by Hello Justice SAS. Overlord SAS handles the incorporation, administration and, where applicable, the liquidation of the vehicle, and provides the white-label subscription platform.

What are the risks?
