The French asymmetry
France does not publish pending proceedings. It publishes the decisions handed down, in full and free of charge. Civil decisions of the judicial courts have been in open data since 30 September 2025. Origination is played through the law: identifying the questions that repeat and the populations concerned.
What we have built
More than 400 live cases, engaged since 2024, feeding the learning loop, a network of specialised partner lawyers by litigation family, a complete chain owned in-house, an unserved mid-market (EUR 100,000 to 1m) and the 2025 legal framework.
The safeguards
Pseudonymised individuals, analyses by court and never by judge (article L. 111-13 of the French judicial organisation code), no probability of success displayed: each case’s eligibility is analysed by a specialised partner lawyer, and the signed agreement alone is binding.
