Hello Justice Capital 1 · Private placement

The access process for the Hello Justice Capital 1 fund.

An email address is all you need to create your space. You answer a questionnaire, you upload your documents, the team verifies your eligibility, then the full documentation and the subscription open in your space. Everything is done online.

Private placement (article L. 411-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code), from €100,000, once each investor’s eligibility has been verified. The capital invested can be lost, in part or in full.

The five steps.

Every step takes place in your space. The full documentation, terms and fees included, opens once your eligibility has been verified.

  1. Step 1

    You create your space.

You enter your email address on the sign‑in page. A sign‑in link is sent to you, with no password to create or remember. The same method lets you return to your space.

    How

    No password

  2. Step 2

    You answer the questionnaire.

The questionnaire has three steps: who you are, an individual or a company, what you plan, then your declarations. Your answers are used to verify your eligibility.

    How

    Three steps

  3. Step 3

    You upload your documents.

An individual uploads an identity document and a proof of address. A company uploads its certificate of incorporation (Kbis), its articles, the list of its beneficial owners and the documents of its legal representative. The files are uploaded from your space, in one go or several.

  4. Step 4

    The team verifies your eligibility.

Hello Justice checks your answers and your documents promptly. If a document is missing or cannot be read, the team writes to you. An email lets you know when the fund documentation and the subscription open in your space.

  5. Step 5

You read the documentation and subscribe online.

The full documentation, terms and fees included, is available in your space. The subscription is signed on the platform provided by Overlord SAS: the source of the funds is checked, you sign the subscription form electronically, and it sets out your commitment. The fund draws it as it needs to, and each drawdown is paid by bank transfer. You then find your documents, the reports and the notices of votes in your space.

    How

    Online

Who does what at each step.

The team verifies your eligibility, you decide whether to subscribe, Overlord SAS provides the subscription platform, and the members vote on each major dispute. Hello Justice presents the fund, it does not tell you whether it suits your situation: that decision is yours, with your advisers.

The meeting with the founders.

A family office, a fund of funds or an institutional investor starts with a meeting: your mandate, your allocation constraints, the scope of the fund. Hello Justice then answers your due diligence questionnaire in writing, and the documentation follows the eligibility check.

Questions about the process.

No. You enter your email address, and a sign‑in link is sent to you. The same method is used each time you return to your space.
