Hello Justice builds its platform in Lyon. The client, their lawyer and the fund investor each have their own secure space on it.

You have a dispute.

The free eligibility test shows in six questions whether a dispute meets our funding criteria. Every funded case has a secure space: documents received, stages of the proceedings, exchanges with the lawyer.

From the test to the end of the case.

The steps in detail

  1. Step 1

    Free

    You test your eligibility.

    You answer six questions about your dispute, then leave your details to see the result.

  2. Step 2

    Free

    You file your case.

    A specialised partner lawyer analyses its eligibility: characteristics of the dispute, limitation period (the time limit for bringing a claim), completeness of the documents, reasonable chances of success. Not all cases are retained.

  3. Step 3

    Flat fee

    We analyse the case.

    We study the amount at stake, the other side’s solvency, and the length and cost of the proceedings. You receive a written report and a funding opinion.

  4. Step 4

    On success

    Hello Justice funds the proceedings.

    The agreement, signed by you, your lawyer and Hello Justice, sets the fees we pay and our commission. Your lawyer conducts the proceedings.

The precise terms of your case are those of the signed agreement.

  • Disputes of €100,000 or more.

    Outside the Swiss‑franc loan programme.

    €1,500 excl. VAT

    The case analysis, i.e. €1,800 incl. VAT. The fee remains due whatever the opinion, favourable or unfavourable.

Vigie™, Hello Justice’s proprietary litigation detection algorithm, reads published court decisions and spots the disputes that recur.

  • The watch console.

    Each watch queries published rulings and regulators’ sanctions. When the same legal question keeps coming back, it points to a possible series.

Valentin PETITCLERC founded Hello Justice in Lyon in 2024 with Vincent DURAND, a member of the Lyon Bar since 1996, and Pauline ANDRIEU, an international tax lawyer since 2015. Hello Justice is not a law firm: the conduct of each case belongs to the client’s lawyer.
