Pricing, outside the Swiss franc loan programme: The eligibility test and filing the case are free. The case analysis costs €1,500 excluding VAT, or €1,800 including VAT, whatever the opinion. If the case is funded, Hello Justice pays the lawyer’s fees set in the agreement. Its commission ranges from 14 to 30% including VAT of the sums recovered and is due only on success. If the case fails, the client repays Hello Justice nothing.
Swiss franc loan programme: With COGEP AVOCATS, Hello Justice funds individual cases over Swiss franc mortgage loans taken out between 2002 and 2015, handled as a series. The programme has its own terms.
