Vigie, the watch
Hello Justice built its own origination algorithm: Vigie. France does not publish pending proceedings. It publishes court decisions in open data and the events that give rise to serial litigation. Vigie reads these public sources and detects the deposits before the market. Eligibility is then analysed by our specialised partner lawyers, and the terms are those of the signed agreement.
Qualification
Each case’s eligibility is analysed by a specialised partner lawyer: characteristics of the dispute, limitation periods, completeness of the file, reasonable chances of success. Not all cases are retained.
The safeguards
No probability of success is displayed anywhere. Analyses are by court, never by judge. Public data only. The terms of each case are those of the signed agreement, which alone is binding.
