How an introduction works.

Step 1
You introduce the person.
Their name, what the matter is about and how to reach them. Tell them first: we contact them directly, never without their knowledge.
Step 2
We review their request.
We look, in confidence, at the nature of the dispute, the amount at stake, the stage of the proceedings and the solvency of the opposing party. Not all cases are retained.
Step 3
We inform you of the outcome.
You learn whether the case is opened or set aside, without its details: the case belongs to the person concerned.

Outside the Swiss franc loan programme

What a funding request costs.

Eligibility test and filing the case: Free of charge for the person you introduce.
Case analysis: €1,500 excluding VAT (€1,800 including VAT) upon their funding request, whatever our opinion. They receive a written report and a funding opinion, favourable or unfavourable.
Their lawyer’s fees: Hello Justice pays the fees set in the agreement, for a funded case.
Hello Justice’s commission: From 14 to 30% including VAT of the sums recovered, only in the event of success. The agreement sets the rate before any commitment.
If the case fails: They repay nothing to Hello Justice.
