The asset class
The outcome of a funded case depends on the strength of the legal claim, the solvency of the defendant and the course of proceedings, not on listed markets. International references such as Burford Capital (1.8x multiple, 25% IRR reported on concluded cases since 2009, as at 31 March 2026) and Omni Bridgeway (2.4x cumulative multiple reported) illustrate the sector. They are no promise of return for Hello Justice Capital 1.
Access and subscription
Hello Justice Capital 1 is a private placement within the meaning of article L. 411-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, reserved for qualified investors, with subscriptions from EUR 100,000. You create your investor space with a sign-in link by email, complete a three-step qualification, upload your supporting documents, and the documentation opens after manual verification.
The risks
Capital loss can be partial or total. A ten-year statutory lock-up applies, with distributions paid in full as cases conclude. No secondary market exists for the units. The vehicle was incorporated on 15 July 2025 and does not yet have a distribution history.
