Acceptance

Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms. Hello Justice may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published at the date of your consultation.

Access

The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance, technical incident or force majeure. Hello Justice is bound by a best‑efforts obligation.

Private areas (investor, client, partner lawyer) require authentication and are reserved for authorised persons. Multi‑factor authentication is mandatory for administrator accounts.

Forms

You warrant the accuracy of the information submitted and the lawfulness of the documents uploaded (ownership of rights, respect for confidentiality, absence of unlawful content or content infringing the rights of third parties).

Personal data submitted via the forms is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

User accounts

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any action carried out from an account is deemed to have been carried out by its holder. In the event of loss or unauthorised use, the user informs Hello Justice without delay.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents (texts, trademarks, logos, visuals, structure, databases, simulators, methodologies) are protected by copyright, trademark law and database rights. Any reproduction or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

French law. Any dispute relating to the site or its use falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, subject to mandatory provisions to the contrary.
