What your request costs.

Eligibility test and filing the case: Free of charge.
Case analysis: €1,500 excluding VAT (€1,800 including VAT) upon a funding request, whatever our opinion. You receive a written report and a funding opinion, favourable or unfavourable.
Your lawyer’s fees: Hello Justice pays the fees set in the agreement, for a funded case.
Hello Justice’s commission: From 14 to 30% including VAT of the sums recovered, only in the event of success. The agreement sets the rate before any commitment.
If the case fails: You repay nothing to Hello Justice.

After filing.

Step 1
A specialised partner lawyer analyses the case’s eligibility. Not all cases are retained.
Step 2
If the case is retained, a team member calls you to explain the next steps.
Step 3
The agreement, signed by you, your lawyer and Hello Justice, sets the fees we pay and our commission.
