Background.

Hello Justice is the first French company dedicated to funding mid‑market litigation, from a stake of €100,000 upwards. It pays the lawyer’s fees set out in the agreement and is paid out of the sums recovered, in the event of success only.

The company carries more than 500 live cases, engaged since 2024. They include individual cases over Swiss franc mortgage loans taken out between 2002 and 2015, handled as a series. That volume calls for disciplined client follow‑up and a platform that absorbs the repetitive work.

The team is made up of three founding partners and works with specialised partner lawyers. It is distributed and operates remotely.

The needs of a company being built do not all fit into a job posting. We read speculative applications, in particular those covering financial case analysis, client relations, communications and the development of our tools.

The areas we recruit in.

  • Financial analysis of cases and quantification of losses.
  • Client follow‑up, from the opening of a case to the funding opinion.
  • Communications, editorial content and the organisation of professional events.
  • Platform development and the automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Relations with law firms and case introducers.

Terms.

  • Fully remote from anywhere in France, with no requirement to be on site.
  • Applications are kept on file and reviewed whenever a role opens.

The recruitment process.

  1. You send your application from the form on the posting, with your CV attached.
  2. We read every application and reply to you promptly, whether the answer is yes or no.
  3. A first interview with the company’s president, by video call, covering your background and the role.
  4. A short exercise on an anonymised case file, so we can see how you work and discuss it together.
  5. An interview with the partners, then the offer and, for an apprenticeship or an internship, the paperwork with your school.
